If you are a guest PhD student, a post-doc or a researcher, invited by one of the research Institutions of the Polytechnicum of Marne la Vallée, for a short or long term stay :
The Guest researchers' international desk, also called the BiCi desk, can provide you and your family with a number of proximity services.
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL & DURING YOUR STAY
On your request, we can provide you with personal assistance, give you information and advice :
• Visa, Protocol of reception, Residence permit, Work permit
• Important documents to bring along with you
• Opening a bank account before your arrival / as soon as you arrive
